A day in the life:
The Amazon / Retail Display Specialist is responsible for managing client relationships while owning the execution and performance of Amazon DSP & Retail Display advertising campaigns within their book of business, working hand-in-hand with strategists on their accounts to grow online retail revenue streams for clients. The Retail Display Account Manager is an attentive learner, eager to problem solve and hungry to grow their technical, strategic, and analytical skills within the booming retail media landscape. They have great communication skills and collaborate well with their internal account teams. They are actively involved in reporting, analysis, and campaign optimization, as well as targeting research, development & refinement. They are a self-starter when it comes to their responsibilities, and manage their workflow efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Manage, build, or support in managing and building Amazon DSP & retail media campaigns across clients of various business types, sizes, and industries, including daily optimizations and high-level strategy changes
Provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on Amazon & online retail performance data
Continuously seek to improve campaign performance & business impact against client goals
Maintain frequent and excellent communication both on internal agency teams and externally with assigned clients
Follow all Power Digital account management processes and best practices
Proactively identify new areas of opportunity within accounts
Participate and engage in weekly department scrums and training sessions to further channel & full-funnel marketing knowledge
Seek to utilize available AI and delegation resources to assist in their workflow wherever possible
Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
Role Requirements:
1+ years of digital marketing experience. Agency experience preferred.
Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience with programmatic display advertising, paid social advertising, or similar
Strong ability to formulate meaningful insights from data, going beyond the stat and telling the story
Client-facing experience heavily preferred
Knowledge of Amazon DSP Console and/or Amazon PPC strategy heavily preferred
Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s)
Other skills required:
Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central
