As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for facilitating the purchase of our newly constructed homes. This role involves engaging with prospective buyers, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding clients through the home-buying process. You will work closely with our marketing and development teams to showcase our properties and ensure a seamless and on-brand experience for our customers.

· Ability to successfully manage and develop a full-time, high-performing sales assistant.

· As a lifestyle brand, we would like to see candidates who value continuous education, seek out learning opportunities in product knowledge and home sales/homebuilding industry knowledge.

· Be open to honing/improving your creative skill as well as your storytelling abilities.
