key responsibilities BUILD a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our company's growth objectives and strategic vision.

Oversee Marketing Team and ensure tasks align with business goals, deadlines, and deliverables. Build TRUST within your team to accomplish these tasks on time and at the highest quality.

Create a Client Concierge program including, but not limited to, coordinating project completion celebrations, project completion surveys, corporate gifting, social gatherings, thought leadership events. BIG’s Marketing Manager will ultimately be responsible for the success of these initiatives.

BUILD our career fair participation program with assistance from internal operations functions to include but not limited to branded merchandise to be distributed, external and internal communications regarding the events, on site displays and messaging.

Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website content, to maximize brand visibility and engagement.

Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify IDEAS to grow market opportunities and generate leads.

Coordinate our merchandise store offerings to ensure all branded products align with our brand standards and corporate image.

Craft compelling case studies that highlight our projects, innovations, and unique value propositions to engage future opportunities.

Organize and update employee resumes for future project pursuits.

Bring new, fresh and innovative IDEAS to the table to create discussion and grow BIG Construction forward, setting us apart from any other construction company in the country

Collaborate with Business Development teams to design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to attract new clients and talented professionals to join our team.

Present a DRIVEN working style to accomplish tasks on your own.

Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors' strategies to inform marketing decisions and adjust strategies as needed. Additionally, monitor non construction marketing trends and strategies to continue propelling BIG forward as an industry leader.

Coordinate RFP/RFQ response, including review, collection, and compilation of requirements, and submission to client. This requires effective communication with team members in multiple business functions throughout the firm and an eye towards deadlines

Create client presentation materials to aid in visual understanding of technical content.

Coordinate procurement of professional project images, videos, and team headshots; updating BIG’s library continuously.

Track and complete applicable award submissions (both within and outside the construction industry) for BIG accomplishments.

Manage marketing database on a weekly basis by inputting current pursuit status to track business win and loss data.

Works well with the BIG Team and relates to our work ethic and core values.

qualifications & experience Minimum of 3-5 years of experience

Construction related industry experience preferred

knowledge & skills Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

Strong graphic and written communication skills

Strong copy writing/editing capabilities

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, effective time management

RFP compilation and response experience

Detail-oriented, with an eye towards aligning marketing and overall business goals

Willing to speak up, voice opinions and bring new, fresh, innovative IDEAS to the forefront at every level of the organization

Proficiency in Adobe CC, particularly InDesign. Canva, Illustrator and Photoshop preferred.

Ability to remain in a seated position for the majority of the day while in home office (between 70% -100% of work time) operating a computer, phone and other office equipment i.e., a copier and computer printer (between 70% -100% of work time)

Ability to lift or move supplies, equipment, boxes, documents and materials weighing up to 40lbs (occasionally heavier than 40lbs) in office suite and/or at work sites (i.e. vendor sites, client sites, etc.)

Must be able to communicate via phone, email, and in-person with colleagues and professional contacts (i.e. vendors, support service providers, etc.) for the majority of the day (between 70% -100% of work time)

Additional Eligibility Criteria Regular communication with internal and external constituents is required, including occasionally outside of regular working hours.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction and/or company sponsorship.

Working Conditions & Environment May be required to work beyond office hours – some nights and weekends – as required by the needs of the department and this position as well as the needs of the organization.
