Our client is part of a privately held group of vertically integrated companies with offices throughout North America. They are a leading provider of technology solutions to corporations, educational institutions and government entities of all sizes offering design, development, and distribution of numerous brand-name IT products, after-sales service, technical support, integration and the development of solutions.
We are presently looking for qualified, experienced individuals to join our clients sales force as an Inside Account Executive within the Phoenix, Arizona location. They offer a competitive salary and UNCAPPED commission structure along with an extensive benefits package.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Develop business with existing customers and establish new customers based on sales techniques such as Cold Calling, Customer Meetings, Partner and Industry Networking;
* Build, Develop and maintain a book of accounts;
* Manage the full sales cycle for clients;
* Outbound calling to prospective and current clients on a daily basis;
* Communicating the companys value proposition to key decision makers and influencers;
* Manage time effectively to achieve sales goals and metrics on a consistent basis;
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with our manufacturer and distribution partners;
* Identify, Create, Develop and Manage Opportunities in the Sales Pipeline to achieve Sales Targets and Goals;
* Attend manufacturer/vendor training events;
* Collaborate with Pre and Post Sales Internal Support Teams
* Experience selling with proven track record of success - IT sales a plus;
* Ability to work within a performance based environment and thrive in this type of setting;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
* Current IT certifications would be an asset;
* Ambitious, goal driven, energetic, & self-motivated;
* Excellent presentation, negotiation and organizational skills;
* Ability to multi-task and manage several projects concurrently;
* Strong consultative sales skills
