Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager at Swimlane, you'll drive customer satisfaction and retention for our enterprise clients. Your role involves building strong relationships, ensuring product adoption, and proactively mitigating churn. You'll collaborate internally, influence product decisions, and represent Swimlane at events. We also value your curiosity about our customers and their evolving needs, as it plays a vital role in delivering the maximum value from our products.
In this position your responsibilities will include:
Achieve net retention targets quarterly.
Advise customers for optimal product use.
Build relationships with security leaders.
Manage the sales-to-delivery transition.
Identify and address churn risks.
Drive support ticket resolution.
Maintain deep product knowledge.
Attend conferences and gather customer feedback.
Collaborate on new product rollouts.
Utilize and enhance team processes.
Maximize renewal and expansion opportunities with sales.
Partner with sales for new business.
Qualifications:
5+ years in enterprise software or related roles.
3+ years in B2B customer success.
Cybersecurity fundamental knowledge is strongly preferred.
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
Strong understanding of technical concepts.
Up to 25% travel may be required.
The candidate selected for this position must be based in the Midwest or West Coast.

The on target earnings for this position are projected at $100,000-$130,000/year and is dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.
