Position Summary
The Sr. Recruiter is responsible for achieving delivery targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, through G&J Pepsi’s recruitment process. Job responsibilities will include visually, phone or Skype pre-screening candidates based on identified qualifications. Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts to source quality candidates and recommend recruiting strategies to ensure successful searches. This position will also be responsible for various administrative functions of the recruitment process. Focuses on maintaining a positive relationship with the business and other HR team members and contribute to G&J Pepsi as being the premier Employer of Choice.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
Sources, recruits, screens and interviews internal and external candidates to fill open managerial positions; develops and maintains relationships with recruiting sources (e.g. social media, internet sourcing, governmental agencies, job boards, newspaper, online, minority agencies) and attends job fairs to recruit and identify qualified, diverse candidates that help the organization meet their affirmative action goals and hiring needs.
Conducts internal and external interviews and provides follow-up and feedback to candidates where appropriate.
Maintains job postings on posting job boards, social media and other recruitment methods
Ensures compliance with company Affirmative Action goals; maintains AAP logs and ensures accuracy and reliability of data.
Ensures that company policies, standards and procedures are met, followed and maintained in accordance with established company policy (e.g. OSHA, DOT and safety compliance, Federal/State/Local laws).
Collaborates with Talent Acquisition Manager and management team on employee engagement and culture building efforts through planned employee engagement trainings and communications.
Provides administrative support to HR Team when needed (e.g. maintains recruiting and employee files, distributes reports and mail, creates documents and presentations); provides assistance at other HR events as needed (e.g. Family Day, Wellness Fairs, employee recognition events).
Collaborates with the Talent Acquisition Manager in development and drafting of policies, procedures and programs (e.g. Hiring Policy, Sourcing and attracting candidates, Employment Marketing Initiatives, Branding Campaigns, Referral Programs, Stay interviews).
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
Communicates with employees and management team regarding requests for information, policy and procedure changes; supervisor and management team regarding any problems or issues.
Assist Talent Acquisition Manager with Hiring Status reports, offer letters, AAP logs, EEO, Vets 100/100A and other paperwork according to established company policy; creates and analyzes reports.
Maintains confidentiality of financial information (e.g. budget information), insurance and litigation documents, employee information (e.g. wage information, discipline, medical information) and other sensitive and confidential information.
Acts as the go-to person among other recruiters when there are questions, updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Responsible for understanding processes within the HRIS system and having the ability to accurately process and approve changes that reflect headcount budget, department details and compensation information.
Ensure the organization is compliant with all applicable Federal/State/Local Laws
Works assigned schedule, exhibits regular and predictable attendance and works outside of the normal schedule as required to meet workload demands.
Performs other related duties as required.

Skills & Abilities
Associates degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent work experience required; Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related field strongly preferred. SPHR/PHR preferred.
Experience
5-7 years of previous Human Resources, specifically recruiting experience strongly preferred.
Computer Skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
