Job Description Business Capital LLC is a Merchant Cash Advance company arranging working capital to small and medium-sized businesses nationwide. Our mission is to help businesses succeed by providing detailed and thorough service to merchants seeking immediate alternative financing.

Position Description: We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a fast-paced environment. This person will work as an vital part of the Sales Support and Broker Account Rep team to prospect and build new business for the company. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of business to business sales utilizing a strategic and consultative sales approach. The Inside Sales Representative will understand market trends and competition within the merchant cash advance and lending space and become familiar with potential clients who do not yet do business with the company.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

• Conduct high volume outbound calls to business owners nationwide offering top tier financing products (200-300outbound calls a day)

• Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and email to maintain and grow partnerships

• Ensure the company meets revenue and profit goals

• Spot trends and identify ways to increase sales performance outside of current revenue streams

• Have the ability to do telesales

• Be confident in the ability to cold call

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong interpersonal sales skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication, professional relationship building and decision making skills

• Must possess excellent analytical skills and a high degree of integrity

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel

• Experience with Salesforce.com a plus

• Clearly communicate and explain product details, the application process, and accurately convey what we offer to ensure that the process is a positive experience for the client.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma

• BS Degree in Finance, Business or other related field preferred

• 1+ years Industry Experience is a plus but not necessary.

• At least 2 years of sales experience preferred
