Work as a partner with Account Sales and Business Sales teams, contributing to priority market understanding, customer segment marketing, and pursuing new solutions with Telecommunication.

Requirements:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines with executive oversight, both independently and collaboratively.

Superior planning and project management skills, including creating plans, schedules/calendars, objectives, promotional materials, and managing budgets for Marketing Development Funds (MDF).

Negotiation skills for short-term operational/tactical or limited strategic issues on behalf of the account team.

Contribute to PowerPoint slide preparation for marketing and product launch storytelling.

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field from an accredited college or university AND 5-7 years’ experience working in channel marketing, product marketing, or related function serving a sales organization – or equivalent experience.

Highly organized/detail oriented in mindset and in practice.

Polished and effective verbal and written skills.

Proven experience building and managing marketing programs that drive sales growth.

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
