Aretiforce have exclusively partnered with a rapidly growing SERIES-funded tech company who are seeking x6 Senior ServiceNow Developers to join a dynamic team. My client are committed to delivering innovative solutions that empower our clients to thrive in ever-changing environments.
Role Overview:
As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you'll be an integral part of our team, collaborating closely with fellow developers and engineers in an Agile environment. Your primary focus will be on modernizing applications for our clients using low-code solutions and optimizing the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement new features using the ServiceNow low-code platform based on project requirements.
Bring innovative solutions to challenging problems, collaborating with peers and utilizing available resources.
Develop service requests and workflows, managing data flows between customers and support teams.
Lead ServiceNow deployments and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Conduct unit testing and peer code reviews.
Actively participate in Agile meetings and ceremonies.
Deliver presentations to clients and coordinate meetings with intersecting teams.
Contribute to implementation architectures and knowledge-sharing sessions within the company.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
7+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow ecosystem with Agile project implementations.
Strong understanding of IT delivery methodology and leading implementation teams.
Proficiency in ServiceNow components such as CSM, Service Catalog, Incident/Problem Management, etc.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or ServiceNow Certified CSM Implementation Specialist.
Solid grasp of data concepts (SQL, databases) and business workflows.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly Desired Qualifications:
Business acumen combined with strong technical expertise in ServiceNow.
Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills in remote environments.
Experience collaborating with software development teams.
