Monetization GenAI focuses on developing cutting-edge Generative AI techs across all modalities, including text, image, videos, landing pages, etc., and creates industry-leading technical solutions to improve creative efficiency for advertisers, agencies and creators. We are committed to automated creative workflows by leveraging Generative AI technologies, to increase overall revenue for advertisers, agencies and creators.

We aim to drive and lead the generative AI in the ads tech and creative industry, powering products and driving values for our clients, creators, and the whole ecosystem. We are looking for product managers, who are excited about generative AI and foundation models, build highly scalable and reliable platforms on the top of models to solve real problems, partner across functions with global teams, and make big impacts. Responsibilities

1. Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our monetization generative AI platform that focuses on accelerating GenAI application developments across monetization.

2. Lead a cross-functional team of designers, product managers, and engineers across monetization to deliver platform-focused user experience.

3. Collaborate with engineering, data science, data engineering, and other product teams to platformize the foundation models that are efficient, scalable and safe.

4. Deliver effective solutions by defining success metrics, driving progress and communicating results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

1. 5+ years of product manager experience building a SaaS AI platform.

2. Extraordinary passion for generative AI and excellent at prompt engineering

3. Technical understanding of generative AI foundation models and ML (pretraining, fine-tune, RLHF) behind it.

4. Excellent communication skills and experience working with XFN teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experiences with LLM specific infra such as langchain, llamaindex, GPT plugin, etc.

Job Information:

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156864 - $296020 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
