Requirements

Sales Execution:

Area Managers will have their own sales targets to show the team how it's done and help us reach our goals!

Mentor & shadow with new hires to get them up to speed and start making money!

Create a competitive and results-driven sales culture that motivates the team to reach their full potential.

Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to your Regional Director.

Leads Management:

Assign leads to reps based on territory, expertise, and availability, optimizing the chances of conversion.

Coach and lead your reps on effective lead generation strategies.

Regularly review and update our lead database (Spotio) to maintain accuracy and relevance.

Analyze lead data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

2 years of leadership experience in managing high-performing sales teams.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
