Description
The life of an Account Manager is fast paced, and requires many different skills. One day you could be pitching to a client, the next you may be interviewing candidates for a job. You will learn business development, professional customer service, revenue generation and much more. It's also a job where you change lives daily, for commercial clients and individuals. Your daily operations will consist of:
Building excellent relationships with candidates and clients
Manage the process from initial interview stages through offer stage and close of the sale
Advise and sell the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database
Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment
Negotiate Commercial Terms of business and rates
Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
Profile
2+ years experience in sales account management, b2b, or consultative sales role
Experience developing new business relationships
Experience with outreach/cold calling, negotiation, and closing
Motivated by career growth, professional development, and financial success
Ability to actively listen and consult with both candidates and prospective clients
Ability to work both independently and collaborate with team in designated territory
