Work schedule: 7 :00am - 4:00pm - Monday-Friday (with Saturday hours required as needed)
Position Responsibilities
* Represent our Company in a professional, safe and efficient manner
* Manage the warehouse operations for a busy HVAC New construction company
* Manage a team of warehouse associates and delivery drivers
* Manage the equipment and inventory stock levels to meet the installation production demands
* Receive all incoming stock orders, verifying paperwork and quantities are correct,
* Pull all outgoing job packs for next days jobs
* Process orders from crews in the field and deliver same day to ensure production is kept up
* Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse
* Maintain a stock of tools, ladders and safety equipment for the crews
* Assist Office Manager with delivery and pickup of vehicles for repairs and planned inspections
* Maintain proper transfer documentation for all items sent out or received into the warehouse
* Ensure the proper documentation on the return of stock items back into the warehouse from jobs
* Return damaged equipment and materials to vendor for proper credit and documentation
* Order all equipment and materials utilizing the PO system for tracking purchases.
* Responsible cycle counts and full inventory counts as required
* All other duties assigned by the Division Manager
Experience and Qualification Requirements
* Must have VALID Drivers License and a clean Driving Record with no traffic violations
* Must be at least 21 years of age
* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
* Prior Warehouse and/or Driver experience HVAC experience a plus
* Ability to operate various types of vehicles and equipment (Forklift, Box Truck, etc)
* Must adhere to company screenings
Physical Requirements
* Able to sit, stand, walk, feel, hear, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl
* Able to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
* Able to utilize close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and adjust and focus
