**Description:**
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the Operations of the Inventory warehouse and has oversight of all locations parts inventory. The position is responsible for developing strategic plans to improve performance, productivity, quality, efficiency, and profitability of warehouse operations. This includes daily assurance of DRS reports, cycle counts, adjustment reporting, and detailed analysis of each of the inventories regarding variance outcomes adjusted values and dead stock.
**Duties:** * Warehouse Space planning develop processes and plans to effectively utilize overall Warehouse space. Review and prepare workflow, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met.
* Best practices- improve processes and policies to support organizational goals and formulate interdepartmental policies to maximize output.
* Shipping and Receiving Ensure high transactional accuracy by reviewing, developing, and driving adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, including Quality Reviews. Continuously review and improve processes and systems to increase accuracy, and efficiency.
* Safety Programs Maintain and implements safety policies and procedures. Maintain an equipment structure and level to accomplish the warehouse mission in a safe and efficient manner.
* Responsible for analyzing DRS, cycle counts, adjustments and variations in inventory for all locations.
* Training of employees concerning inventory control and procedures put in place to control inventory (includes bin locating, inventory setup, flow of design, cycle counts, return procedures, etc).
* Training of employees at all facilities concerning receiving, stocking, shelving, shipping and warehouse principles.
* Implementation and ongoing training of Proceed Software
* Monitor DRS Report for all locations

* Monitor TOH Adjustments Daily - Issues escalated as necessary - Report any major discrepancies to local GM.
* Monitor Master inventory Reports for each location
* Provide all GMS and upper management with Monthly TOH Adjustment reports
* Provide all local parts managers with a weekly TOH variance report.
* Provide all locations with a monthly Core report.
* Monitor receiving tickets at each location.
* Investigate root causes of variances and work with staff to implement solutions to minimize variances.
* Work cross functionally with all departments to minimize inventory variances within the facilities.
* Proactively manage and position inventory within the facilities to increase productivity and workflow and separate retail parts from shop use parts where applicable.
* Manage overstock and obsolescence, communicating with purchasing and parts analysts/specialists.
* Responsible for coordinating semiannual Full Inventories at each location.
* Responsible for semiannual analysis of each location providing adjustment reports, summative data and forecasts concerning gains and losses.
* Perform other duties as assigned from time to time by corporate management.
**Position Requirements:**
* Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university program certificate preferred; or two to four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Experience in inventory management and production planning and a thorough understanding of concepts of inventory flow throughout the supply chain.
* Demonstrated/proven leadership abilities.
* Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as product markups and discounts, proportions and percentages.
* Professional demeanor and cooperative attitude.
* Computer skills; MS Excel and MS Word. Good typing skills.
* Good writing and oral communication skills.
* Detail oriented, highly organized and responsible.

**Physical Requirements:**
* May be required to do frequent kneeling, stooping, squatting, crawling and climbing to perform multiple tasks of position.
* Must have good manual dexterity.
* Must have the ability to push, pull or lift up to 50 lbs.
