We are currently looking for a Travel Specialist that will be responsible for supporting our in-house travel department. The position will be located at our corporate office in Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities:

•Responsible for booking corporate travel including airfare, car and hotel reservations for in-house corporate travelers

•Build relationships with airline, hotel and rental car agencies to provide efficient travel plans for the company executives and employees

•Compose correspondence, answer phones and e-mails

•Maintain corporate travel files anddetailed data entry using Salesforce

•Ensure travel details are entered timely and accurately

•Assist in retrieving receipts when needed

Requirements:

•Experience in itinerary planning and travel organization for large groups of people

•Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Must thrive in fast-paced, time-sensitive environment

•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box

•Comfortable with change and ability to meet short deadlines

Other Qualities We Look For:

•Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (Preferred)

•Experience with travel booking software (Preferred)

•Experience with Salesforce and Google Docs

•Experience with various travel software programs (ie: Expedia or TripAdvisor)

•Patience and persistence

•Very detail-oriented, thorough and well-organized

•Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

•Positive attitude and outgoing personality

•Reliability and dependability in terms of job attendance and performance

•Strong team player, but still enjoys working independently

SCHEDULE:

Friday - Tuesday: 9 PM - 5:30 AM PST
