Payroll Specialist
Location: San Diego, CA
Schedule: Full Time, Hybrid
Pay: $35 - $44/hour
Our client is seeking a Payroll Specialist to assist their team. This is e xciting opportunity to support a publicly traded firm with payroll tax support and international payroll.
Some Job Duties Include:
Processing multi-state payroll on a bi-weekly basis for US employees via UltiPro
Record journal entries
Review and update international information to vendors
Balance sheet reconciliation
Enter all data entry for payroll processing or reporting needs
Reconcile nonexempt timecards in UltiPro Time and attendance module
Requirements: 3-5 years' of payroll experience, full-cycle payroll processing
Large payroll software experience (Peoplesoft, Ceridian, UKG etc.)
Team oriented and collaborative attitude
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Nice to have: Payroll accounting experience (journal entries, PTO accruals)
International payroll experience
