Since 2005 Terracotta Design Build has been an award-winning residential design-build company with a strong presence in the Atlanta market. As a Terracotta Social Media and Marketing Manager , you will form part of a creative, collaborative team dedicated to residential and boutique-commercial design and construction excellence. You will join a studio of architects, interior designers, and contractors that work under one roof and share a unified design vision.
What You Will Do.
As a Social Media and Marketing Manager , you will promote the growth and media presence of the design and the construction teams. Primary responsibilities include:
This is a part-time position.
Maintain website portfolio and make regular updates to site content and photography.
Maintain and update all digital and print brand graphics, yearly Lookbooks, brand merchandise, business cards, and other related items.
Manage, update, and monitor content and analytics on all active social media platforms.
Identify and engage in new social media platforms that may be applicable.
Prepare Mailchimp e-blasts and maintain updated email listings.
Manage content and analytics on Amazon Affiliate shopping site.
Look for and explore cross-platform marketing opportunities and growth.
Coordinate and manage marketing consultants: Professional photographer
Stylists
Website developer
Professional Videographer
Publicists
Others as needed
Schedule and coordinate professional photoshoots, styling, and production events.
Organize and size all photography and videography for optimal resolution in each platform. Add site recognition tags and digital copyrights to all professional digital content.
Engage with local and national shelter magazine editors to maintain regular print and social media presence.
Track and submit to local and national design competitions.
Track and manage all customer service: Client gifts, reviews, reference lists, follow-up engagement opportunities.
Organize and execute all Holiday events, client appreciation events, and office social events.
Maintain, schedule and update signage inventory and installation schedule.
Attend social and business development events as representative of Terracotta Design Build.
As a member of the team, you will be expected to regularly document meetings and work events both at the design studio and at the jobsites, help answer phones, and perform general office work.
Job Type + Pay.
Part-time; hybrid
16 hours per week in-office or on location (days TBD)
8 hours per week remote (day TBD)
Hourly rate commensurate with experience, starting at $25 per hour.
Your Qualifications.
Bachelor Degree and 4+ years of experience in one or more of these related fields: Graphics, Social Media Marketing, Communications, English, Copyright and Editing
Excellent Graphic Design skills
MUST be a self-starter with clear organization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of SEO and analytics
Great appreciation and enthusiasm for Interior Design and Architecture
Expert Skills in Adobe Creative Suite
Expert Skills in social platform management
Expert Skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
Ability to work well individually and in a team environment
Driver’s License and personal vehicle
