Job Description Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTION
Under the guidance of the Process Engineers and Manager, the position will support various processes across the floor within a contract manufacturing environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain oven profiles and perform at required intervals.
Support line processes during production and troubleshoot issues.
Equipment start-up and validation before and after production.
Maintain manual devices and fixtures.
Understand all process across the line at a basic level to know who to involve the needed support.
As volume increases, roll may become specialized but will maintain a familiarity with overall process.
Looking for various shifts to support.

QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of an AA degree or certificate from a technical school preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in lieu of an academic degree.
EXPERIENCE
5+ years of direct experience working in automated assembly involving all or some of the following processes: SMT, through hole, adhesive dispense, automated assembly, ultrasonic welding.
Hands on experience with optimizing processes and automated equipment
Strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
Ability to work in a fast paced, autonomously driven, and demanding start-up atmosphere.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS
Incumbent must be able to operate a computer and be Office proficient.
Lift/carry 40lb.
Stooping, bending, stretching, and reaching outward and over their head.
This position may require extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when necessary.
May require travel (typically less than 5%).
Associates will be required to take all appropriate training classes as required.
Willingness to cross-train and be cross-trained.
