Summary:
As Service Sales Manager you will be responsible for the business development and the sales of services and spare parts to existing and new accounts and customers.
Responsabilities:
Generate new business leads to new and existing customers through cold calling, site visits, and attendance at industry-related events. Responsible for aggressively pursuing, nurturing, and closing all leads.
Go and meet our customers, spend time on the road, collect installed-based information and maximize the given information to retrieve dormant customers.
Be our champion in the given region to promote service offerings, and build a network of maintenance leaders at our End-Users for both Ports and Industrial sites.
Conduct regular market analysis and opportunity assessment to check coverage and availability of company products in the market, and competitor’s activities and look for new business opportunities to safeguard the customer base and ensure growth in market share.
Maximizing growth potential by analyzing business and sales trends in a specified region or geographical area to suggest the best approaches to exceed sales targets and gain more customers.
Develop and achieve or exceed the sales volume/revenue goals targets as defined in the Business Plan for the specified region or geographical area
Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers, enter new markets and review new business revenue. Manage the information flow of newly acquired (or pipeline) customers in Salesforce.
Support the Regional Sales Director, the Service Leaders and the Inside Sales in implementing a sales strategy to facilitate profitable growth in assigned geographical area
Respect business KPIs (incl. profit margin) as per Regional Sales Director guidelines.
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
Manage and develop strong and long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers to facilitate business delivery.
Work closely with the equipment Area Sales Managers to identify opportunities for service revenue
Negotiate business opportunities and contracts with customers
Provide technical and commercial support to new customers
Requirements:
Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required
5 years past experience in selling and market knowledge. Experience in selling services such as large maintenance agreements, refurbishment and upgrade programs
Experience in negotiating sales contracts
Management and interpersonal skills
Good communicator, fluency in English (both spoken and written)
