Senior Partner Account Manager

We are seeking a Senior Partner Account Manager to play a pivotal role in our growth, engaging with technology, social media, ATV, and digital publishing companies that utilize analytics and digital tools within the advertising landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support a portfolio of small to mid-sized ad tech partners, including DSPs, DMPs, and SSPs.

Assist senior partner managers with operational support for critical accounts.

Drive strategic partnering engagements that align with Acxiom's business and product requirements, including planning, negotiation, and implementation.

Collaborate with distribution partners, Acxiom operations, delivery teams, and agency buyers to optimize distribution paths and support data optimization.

Participate in annual business planning for the portfolio of business partners, with a focus on revenue and margin growth within the data and identity organization.

Report to the digital partnership leader on the Partner Account team.

Educate partners on Acxiom data and identity products and services, advocating for best practices.

Analyze operational pipelines for audience distribution and recommend improvements for scale, efficiency, resources, and revenue.

Coordinate and execute annual business planning activities.

Manage cross-functional projects with delivery, product, and marketing teams.

Provide periodic revenue reports and forecasting for digital partnerships.

Offer consultation, training, and knowledge sharing to associates.

Stay informed on current privacy and legal regulations to ensure compliance and ethical data use.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Management Science, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

5+ years of experience in digital media, marketing, advertising technology, or a related field in a corporate or agency environment.

Technical skills combined with creative problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication skills for effective engagement with internal teams and clients.

Familiarity with business contracts and the ability to analyze critical commercial points and deal structures.

Experience in impacting cross-functional teams and driving results under tight deadlines.
