Constellation Home Care is seeking an energetic, dynamic individual to work as part of our sales team as an Account Executive . The Account Executive will be responsible for expanding business opportunities to Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities and Physician Offices on Long Island. The successful candidate must possess a minimum of three years of sales experience, preferably in home care.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for generating Medicare referrals for home care by building relationships with social workers, wellness directors, physicians and key decision-makers. Responsibilities include market analysis, developing sales strategy, goals and plans, conducting sales calls, and evaluating results and effectiveness of sales activity.
Qualifications:
This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, results-driven, and able to develop and build strong, lasting relationships. Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical. Recent healthcare marketing or sales experience is required and clinical background is a plus. The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community.
Essential qualifications include:
Prior sales/marketing experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in home healthcare
Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan
Excellent oral/written, communication and interpersonal skills
Computer Skills
Bachelor's degree
