Job Title: Treasury Analyst

Reports to: Treasury Manager

Location: Remote (Southern California based – with commuting distance to Westlake Village or Goleta)

The Role

The Treasury Analyst is an inquisitive and motivated self-starter with a drive for excellence and strong interpersonal skills. The Treasury Analyst will support all levels of the business by performing Global Cash Management and Liquidity Activities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role will present formidable challenges while building your overall financial acumen. A strong candidate for this role is able to triage competing responsibilities and be proactive in obtaining new knowledge to align with changing business needs.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

1. Daily Cash Management and REVAL Treasury Management System (TMS) Administration

2. Cash Flow Forecasting (short term and long term)

3. Foreign Exchange revaluation risk management analysis and management.

4. Insurance Management- working on the insurance programs.

We’d love to hear from people with

3 years minimum experience working within a treasury department of a corporation, bank, brokerage; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge of GAAP and financial statements

Proficiency in Oracle, Hyperion, HFM a plus

Implementation experience with REVAL Treasury Management System (TMS) a plus

Daily use experience with Treasury Management System (TMS) & Bank portals a plus

Experience with financial planning and forecasting, monthly compliance and quarterly SEC reporting and exposure to insurance a plus

Excellent cash flow forecasting abilities

Good comprehension of control environment requirements, experience with various audits (e.g. internal, external, SOX, SSAE16)

A demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Visio)

Knowledge of payment system transaction flows; understanding of operational, liquidity and credit risk, bank account management and general ledger is desirable

$80,000 - $90,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
