Our office is looking for new Customer Service Representatives! We are looking for candidates with experience in using computers, bilingual, and be willing to learn!
Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:
Serves and assists customers in person and on the telephone.
Be engaging and kind to everyone.
Be able to enter customer information and lookup previous accounts.
Maintains customer records by updating account information as needed.
Resolves issues by determining the cause of the issue and assisting in resolving to the best of their ability.
Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades del trabajo del representante de servicio al cliente: Atiende y asiste a los clientes de forma presencial y telefonica.
Sea atractivo y amable con todos.
Ser capaz de ingresar informacion del cliente y buscar cuentas anteriores.
Mantiene registros de clientes actualizando la informacion de la cuenta segun sea necesario.
Resuelve los problemas determinando la causa del problema y ayudando a resolverlos lo mejor que pueda.
Debe ser totalmente bilingue en espanol e ingles.
