Coordinates and oversees all work related to the inventory management of the Hospital Supply Assets. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

**Responsibilities**
* 1. Performs daily Inventory Procedures, cycle counts, inventory recording, stock put away and confirmations
* 2. Establishes Reorder points for warehouse
* 3. Expedites emergency supply procurement efforts in coordination with user departments to cover back orders as observed by customer feedback and supervisory observation.
* 4. Consistently avoids excess and obsolescent stock as measured by the 90 day report, supervisory observation, inventory adjustments dollars and deletions from stock reports.
* 5. Control stock outs to not more than 5% (fill rate=95%) as measured by the fill and kill reports.
* 6. Generates reports and performs data review to validate the proper operation of the inventory replenishment process.
* 7. Monitors the Materials Management Inventory information system
* 8. Meets performance expectations for Customer Service, Teamwork, Resource Utilization, and Staff and Self Development as outlined in performance review.
* 9. Researches and corrects inventory discrepancies.
* 10. Coordinates the annual physical inventory.
* 11. Will manage stock clerks if Supervisor is absent.
* 12. Performs other duties as assigned or directed to ensure smooth operation of the department/unit.
**Qualifications**
EDUCATION
College Degree preferred, equivalent work experience considered
EXPERIENCE
2 years Materials or inventory control experience
SPECIAL SKILLS
Strong IT Skills
