Job description
Seeking a Senior Communications/Avionics Engineer to join our team in support of Navy acquisition programs specifications, evaluations, and integration of military avionics systems.
Essential Job Functions:
Candidate should have intimate knowledge of military communications systems, radar altimeters, navigation systems, data loaders, moving maps, and flight mission computer hardware and software.
Required Skills: Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Electrical Engineering degree with 10 years experience with military avionics systems.
Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Working understanding of Naval Air acquisition SETR processes
Desired Skills: Naval Air Program Office experience.
Software development experience.
