The ideal candidate will be a seasoned litigator with significant experience as an employment counselor, capable of providing business-oriented and practical legal advice on all aspects of employment law and securities litigation. This includes expertise in fair employment practices, administrative agency matters, employee relations, ADA, FMLA, wage and hour law, employee benefits, and more. The SCC/CC will also be responsible for managing litigation, arbitration, and administrative actions, as well as assisting with complex compliance and employee relations investigations. Applicants must have at least 5 years' experience as an In-house/Corporate Counsel within the technology industry, with a JD from a top-tier law school and membership in good standing with a state bar.
