Job TitleProject Specialist, Credit BureauJob PurposeProject Specialist, Credit Bureau - Can be located in Omaha, NE OR Lake MaryThe Project Specialist, Credit Bureau is responsible for the management of various activities supporting the implementation of a new client on the credit processing platform.  This position will schedule and coordinate key activities with other Fiserv partners, departments, external vendors and the client to ensure the installation process is completed on time and in accordance with client requirements. Job Functions and Responsibilities: Act as primary project contact for clients and internal groups on client related development, testing, implementation readiness and final implementation. Provide continuous project feedback and status updates to key stakeholders. Develop project plans and related task lists as necessary.Manage multiple implementation tasks with other internal groups to ensure project completion in accordance with client requirements.Develop and maintain professional client relationships and manage expectations with respect to live dates and other key timelines.        Occasional after hour support of client implementations.Work with resource managers to create capacity plan and resource forecasting.Work with project managers and project teams to ensure internal project audit points are managed and tracked.Develop and maintain consistent standards for project status reporting for internal and external purposes.Represent department for internal special projects with partners.Assist department with documentation and improvements. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience required.Two years work experience in an implementation capacity or environment.  Previous client services/relationships experience and project management experience required. Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook and Word).Previous Credit Platform knowledge/experience preferred.Excellent customer services skills with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.Strong attention to detail.Strong level of project management knowledge including the ability to effectively manage and prioritize projects, issues and tasks.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate within all levels of clients and internal staff. Strong sense of accountability and follow through, effective problem-solving skills as well as a commitment to positive solutions and the client experience.The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Previous financial industry, installations, or project management experience highly desired. The ability to occasionally provide afterhours support for client implementations.   Travel required: Minimal travel as needed (5% anticipated) to support business needs.Who We Are: The service delivery organization implements projects and services for both new and existing clients.  For new clients, we provide the conversion processes necessary to move the client from their current processor onto the Fiserv credit processing system.  This process includes all facets of the client integration onto the platform from data analysis/conversion to the new interfaces needed for them to support their cardholders going forward.For existing clients, the department implements additional system features the client did not request during the initial implementation or modification to features the client already has implemented.Fiserv is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Vet.Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.  Please:Apply using your legal nameComplete the step-by-step profile and attach your resume (either is acceptable, both are preferable).Fiserv is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer, and it is the Company’s policy to make all employment decisions without regard to race, color, religion, creed, age, sex, national origin, veteran status, disability (as long as the individual is able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation), and any other characteristic protected by Law.Full time
