About Out Teach
Out Teach is a fast-growing national nonprofit dedicated to inspiring tomorrow's most fearless innovators. We are seeking an Account Manager, Corporate Partnerships, to grow and manage our portfolio of top national brands. In this critical entrepreneurial role, you will be responsible for developing and managing integrated partnerships with corporations to support Out Teach's growth and impact students, teachers, and schools in our network.
As the Account Manager of Corporate Partnerships, you will manage a comprehensive, integrated corporate partnership program that drives impact for our school partners, value for corporate partners, and organizational growth. You will manage all aspects of the corporate partnership implementation, providing excellent service, meticulous attention to detail, and valuable stewardship, leading to successful renewals.
You will support the Director of Corporate Partnerships with research and prospecting, proposal development, and new business and renewal strategy and execution to achieve revenue goals.
You will collaborate cross-functionally to implement best-in-class partnerships and successful delivery of benefits, including managing corporate-sponsored events and volunteers with excellence, with the goal of successfully renewing and growing partners.
Requirements
We are searching for candidates who are proactive and passionate about Out Teach’s mission and the partners we serve. The Account Manager, Corporate Partnerships, will function as a point of contact for corporate partners, building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships. To succeed in this position, the ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s Degree, plus 2-5 years of experience in successfully managing six-seven figure national corporate partnerships for nonprofits
Experience with Salesforce as CRM platform
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), including strong presentation, listening and note-taking skills
Proven ability to build relationships using a consultative sales process and by delivering exceptional customer service
Strong analytical, strategic planning, time management, and organizational skills
An ability to manage multi-faceted projects and a capacity to perform well independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Highly collaborative, positive, and proactive working style with the ability to be a strong ambassador for Out Teach
Knowledge of the principles and regulations associated with cause marketing partnerships
Process-oriented, attention to detail and a strong commitment to excellence are essential
Ability to lead up to 150 volunteers in community days of service, managing execution of the day with excellence in collaboration with the Out Teach team.

This position is currently work from home, but preferred candidates will be located in or near one of Out Teach’s hub locations (Washington, DC; Atlanta, Georgia; Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas; Charlotte, North Carolina). Must be willing to travel up to 25%.
