JOB DESCRIPTION:
Account Executives oversee the day-to-day tasks and deliverable items needed to support marketing campaigns for an account. They ensure the process runs smoothly by overseeing data schedules, creating mail plans, and writing copy briefs in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Oversees data schedules so that packages receive correct data in the allotted time keeping production schedules intact.
Creates mail plans for analytics and vendors to select the best recipients of packages.
Writes creative briefs and copy direction that supply copy writers and creative department instructions on the content requirements and format of the package.
Communicates with Vendor customer expectations and requirements.
Engages in ongoing communication with the client reporting deliverables and answering questions.
Works on email and social media for digital campaigns.
Creates donations pages and pulling revenue survey results from deployed campaigns.
Understands and follows budget for project. Reports and assists in resolution of Variances.
Creates, reviews, and approves package billing.
Assists in the creation of client presentations.
Attends internal team meetings, client production calls, and client monthly meetings.
Additional responsibilities as required to ensure the team's success.
Work Experience 2+ years of experience in a Account Executive, Account Management or Client Services role, specifically in Direct Mail or Agency fundraising.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Understanding of Direct mail and digital fundraising.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with strong abilities in Excel.
Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
Strong Organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
