Qualifications/Skills
BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with non-profit accounting software. Epiphany uses ACS Technologies Financials (must have a willingness to learn this software)
Strong attention to detail, deadline-oriented, time management
Data entry management and analytical skills
Ensure Episcopal Church accounting guidelines are observed
Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate and follow instructions effectively from a diverse group of people, providing information with discretion, courtesy and tact
Identify and analyze complex issues, recommend and implement solutions
