Assistant Professor of Professional Practice Job Description & Qualification Responsibilities
Teaching responsibilities consist of eight 3-credit courses in the academic year 2024-2025. Responsibilities also include Department and University service. The AIS department offers courses on both Newark and New Brunswick campuses. Hence, a successful candidate could be required to teach on both campuses.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree plus CPA or Master’s Degree in area of teaching responsibility. Candidates who can teach Auditing and Information System classes will be prioritized.

About the Organization The Accounting & Information Systems Department has 39 full-time faculty members. Rutgers Business School offers a BS, MBA, Masters of Accountancy, and a Ph.D. program with two concentrations, one in accounting and one in accounting information systems.
