SWBC is seeking a talented individual to develop, execute, and manage traditional and digital marketing campaigns to promote company products, services, and overall brand by utilizing various media including print, direct mail, online, social media, paid search, and email marketing.

Essential duties include the following:
Develops and implements marketing strategies based on divisional and company goals, industry trends, and budget; and manages multiple projects of varying complexity for the full customer lifecycle.
Writes, edits, and produces content to include but not limited to blog posts, marketing collateral, video scripts, eBooks, advertising copy, email marketing, and social media content.
Develops inbound and outbound marketing campaigns based on divisional goals; and pivots tactics and executions based on results.
Advises clients on branding, positioning, communication, and other marketing issues.
Conducts research and/or obtains self-led training by reading trade publications, online articles, and attending conferences or seminars to stay up to date on industry trends and gain additional marketing knowledge.
Works closely with the appropriate team members within the department or across the company to execute projects and monitor and deliver reporting at set intervals.
Develop campaign metrics and track ROI.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum three (3) years in marketing campaigns and strategies development, content production such as blog posts and advertising, or other related experience required.
Strong knowledge in developing new strategies that benefit the company’s marketing efforts.
Working knowledge of business-to-business and business-to-consumer social media best practices.
Proficient inbound marketing campaign and strategic marketing development skills.
Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Excellent project management skills.
Excellent problem resolution and analytical skills.
Excellent multi-tasking and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong copy writing, content development and editing skills.
Strong knowledge of grammar and style standards.
