Reports to: Michael C Mejia XPEL, Inc. (Nasdaq: XPEL), a leading supplier ofautomotive paint protection films, window films, ceramic coatings, andcommercial/residential flat glass film, is currently seeking a MarketingManager.

Summary We are seeking a motivated andexperienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our non-automotiveportfolios, including architectural, marine, bicycles, etc. The ideal candidatewill be a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success indriving growth and engagement across a variety of channels.
Core Duties
· Developand implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals,targeting different audience types. (I.e., architects, property managers, dealers,distributors, and end-consumers).
· Coordinatecross-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizingperformance based on channel-specific analytics.
· Maintainand enhance XPEL's brand identity and positioning within the respective segment(i.e., marine, architectural, bicycle)
· Createtargeted marketing programs to engage and nurture relationships with existingcustomers and attract new customers.
· Manageall online marketing activities in partnership with Digital Marketing Manager
· Workclosely with Sales, Product Development, and other departments to ensure thatmarketing strategies align with organizational objectives and market demands.
· Measureand report the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns, using data to makeinformed adjustments as needed.
· Responsiblefor managing the marketing budget efficiently, including forecasting andtracking of expenditures.
· Conductmarket analysis to identify opportunities and threats, adapting the marketingstrategy accordingly.
· Otherduties as assigned by leadership
Job Requirements
5-7 years of product/service/brandmanagement experience. National/global level preferred.
Possess a proven ability toincrease brand awareness among multiple target groups
Ability to travel up to 50%
Prove track record of working acrossmultiple departments and with outside partners
Experience in traditionaland non-traditional communication formats
Strong digital experience.(web, social, advertising, influencers/ambassadors), as well as consumerdigital strategy and tactical development
Exercise excellent judgmentand make recommendations that balance the needs of key stakeholders.
Have a strong sense of urgency,integrity, and impeccable professionalism in representing the Brand and Company
