Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to expand our timeshare rental offerings, ensuring a high-quality selection that meets market demands.
Lead seller engagement initiatives to build a robust community of sellers, fostering strong relationships and encouraging long-term partnerships.
Oversee product management, including product lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with our marketplace vision.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate timeshare rentals into the broader marketplace ecosystem effectively.
Drive the marketing and promotion of timeshare listings & rentals, working closely with the marketing team to target the right audiences and analyze performance of campaigns.
Analyze marketplace trends and seller feedback to inform product development and enhancements.
Lead project management initiatives by overseeing the planning, execution, and closing of projects related to marketplace enhancements and timeshare rental integrations. Ensure that project objectives align with company goals and are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Develop business cases by crafting comprehensive business cases for new marketplace features, including timeshare rental options, by analyzing market trends, forecasting revenues and costs, and presenting potential ROI to support decision-making processes.
Foster idea generation and conduct feasibility assessments to encourage a culture of innovation within the marketplace team by leading brainstorming sessions for new ideas and assessing their feasibility, market potential, and alignment with our strategic vision.
Enhance UI/UX design by taking charge of the marketplace's UI/UX design, ensuring a user-friendly, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing interface. Lead the design process from user research to final implementation, focusing on creating an optimal user journey for both buyers and sellers.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to timeshare rentals and marketplace operations.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in media interviews, positioning RedWeek as a leader in the timeshare marketplace sector.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required; MBA preferred.
E-commerce Expertise: Extensive experience in e-commerce with a proven track record of driving growth and managing online sales platforms. Familiarity with e-commerce best practices and the ability to articulate strategies and operations effectively.
Travel Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the travel industry, particularly in vacation marketplaces. Experience in navigating the complexities of travel-related sales is highly desirable.
Product Management Proficiency: Demonstrated success in product management, including developing product strategies, overseeing product development cycles, and launching successful products.
UI/UX Design Acumen: Strong background in UI/UX design with a portfolio demonstrating successful design projects. Proficient in design software and wireframe tools, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
