The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product Marketing to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive product marketing strategy. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the company's innovative, conversation-centric work hub is effectively positioned in the market. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a differentiated messaging framework, collaborating with product management on the product roadmap, and overseeing product launches. They will also be tasked with competitive intelligence, content creation, and guiding pricing and packaging strategies. The VP will lead a high-performing team, work closely with sales for effective enablement, and manage relationships with industry analysts.Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in CCaaS or CX, and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Experience with consumption-based pricing models, technical acumen, and the ability to build strong relationships across the organization are essential. The role requires outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and a history of managing high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of driving results and fostering a collaborative team environment.
