About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Product Management to play a pivotal role in leading the product management team. This executive will be responsible for defining the long-term product strategy and execution, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and ensuring that the product vision aligns with the business goals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in enterprise software product management, with at least 10 years at the senior leadership level in a SaaS environment. Deep domain knowledge in supply chain or third-party risk management, particularly in regulated industries, is essential. The VP will be expected to establish a product roadmap, work closely with customers and internal teams to assess opportunities, and lead a team of technical professionals to deliver a trusted risk management solution.Candidates for the VP, Product Management position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. The role requires a proven track record of managing products through the full lifecycle, from concept to global scale-out, and sustained support. Strong technical acumen, excellent communication and writing skills, and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences are also necessary. The successful candidate will be a polished ambassador with strong customer advocacy and executive presence, capable of building consensus across the executive team and leading the product feature request process.
