Responsibilities By providing strategic counsel and program governance, the team helps the organization balance operational strategy, risk, compliance, and continuous improvement
Partners with leaders to evaluate change management opportunities and lead change management initiatives across Shared Services
Provides consultation on change management approaches, plans, and practices
Identifies and partners with leaders to craft communications and provide training opportunities
Facilitates an understanding of initiatives to garner support for change
Tracks and evaluates effectiveness of change management execution, with a focus on process improvement
Incorporates OCM Methodology into existing governance processes
Provide change management support for major initiatives to ensure that the workforce is prepared for technology, process and organizational changes
Work with project teams to incorporate change management activities into the overall project plan
Evaluate and measure results and success of change management strategies, plans and actions and present findings
Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders including management, union leadership and matrix or cross-functional teams to deliver desired impact and results
Partner with project managers to evaluate which change management vendors, contractors or products best meet the needs of a project
Identify and incorporate industry change management best practices and internal lessons learned assessments into change management methodology
Develop complex change management approaches, plans, and tactics for a wide variety of initiatives that have functional area and/or companywide impact
This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job
The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity
Bay Area Minimum: $109,000
Bay Area Maximum: $175,000
