Who You Are

You are a customer advocate who can drive others to adopt new technology. You listen well, ask questions, and translate business needs into a strategic plan that you can execute against. You build trusting relationships and are not afraid to advise a customer on how to improve their adoption strategy when they might not be acting in their own best interest. You can distill complex ideas into powerful messaging and meet people where they are in their technology know-how. You are comfortable advocating for the user in a room of technical subject matter experts and have a consistent record of working with senior leaders. You are persuasive, professional, flexible, and detailed – all at the same time. And you are not afraid to work on many projects at once, switching between tasks as needed to work through a variety of customer challenges, with the common goal of optimizing end user adoption.

Here’s the fine print

You have a strong background of 5+ years in consulting or customer-facing project work centered and Change Management.

You are independent and motivated and thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environment.

You are passionate about technology and its impact on the enterprise.

You have experience with systems implementations, SaaS, and/or cloud-based technologies.

Boxers are expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of 2 days per week, with a focus on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
