Role and Responsibilities:
Manage and build up project management processes, tools, project management methodology (e.g., PMBOK by PMI), and be a member of PMO and PM function in IT team.
Conduct and manage Change Management (CM) with issue logs and data for process improvement
Serve as a liaison between IT team members, other departments, and external stakeholders for any reports upon request.
Manage and implement stakeholder management plan, including stakeholder communication and requirement matrix and preparation for relevant reports and presentations (upon request)
Work closely with and report to IT Project manager to manage, monitor, and report the IT information, related to budget, cost, contract, and audit.
Track, monitor, and report information and data about cost and expense for budget/budget deviations, cost, contracts, and audits
Support budget management planning and strategy, working closely with assignee by IT team Manager, including participating in meetings with HQ in Korea on a regular basis (e.g., Weekly, Monthly, etc.; with/to Purchasing/Procurement, Accounting, etc.)
Support as backup for ERP and Groupware system IT functions (e.g., MMS, EVSS, EDI, Swift, SAP Concur, etc.)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
Other job-related duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as project management, information technology, business administration, computer science, or related discipline
0 - 3 years+ of hands-on work experience in a related field (IT Planning and Business Support and / or PM / PM)) Entry: 0 - 1 year hands-on experience / Junior: 1 - 5 years hands-on experience / Senior: 5+ years hands-on experience
Experience with planning and managing IT systems in manufacturing industry and/or PMBOK (PMI)
Strong insight and skills to improve the process of IT integrated systems and tracking the issues of planning and process of IT systems.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Problem-solving mindset with an ability to collect and adapt to requirements
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Project manager training and/or certification(s) a plus (preferred CAPM, but not required)
Understanding and proficiency in programming languages and software tools in general (e.g., JavaScript, CSS, HTML, etc.) (Preferred)
Understand IT systems and functions of modules in manufacturing industry (Preferred)
