Responsibilities
Take the lead in crafting the user experience of globally-relevant and locally-optimised payment products from web-based platforms to consumer-facing mobile apps.
Engage stakeholders and cross-functional teams in customer centric design process and be highly involved in the entire product life-cycle from product planning, detail design to implementation
Be agile to iterate design and continuously refine the user experience to fulfill the unique needs of our diverse user base.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of UX product designing experiences in a fintech/payment industries
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) educational background
Proven experience in UX design (usability research, journey maps, wireframing, prototyping) preferably within the tech sector
Portfolio with prior work experience that demonstrates your ability to turn complex problems into simple solutions
Having a keen eye on design trends and cutting edge technologies
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop or AI etc

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $120 - $240 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
