As our Manager of Inside Sales, youll contribute to Joybirds success by driving revenue via strategic B2B relationships. Youll use your business development expertise to evaluate our current trade and wholesale programs and create and implement plans to expand both the programs and teams. Youll execute on that strategy, ensuring key industry relationships are built and milestones are met. Youll also be in charge of hiring, training, motivating, managing and leading the rest of the internal B2B sales and service teams; ensuring that performance targets are met.

* A player/coach - You know how to build a team, but youre also willing to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to succeed.

* 5+ years experience in trade business development or similar area

* Bachelor's degree preferred
