Job Description Job Summary
The position will use multiple models and modes of technology to track and highlight financial performance for the Omnichannel business.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert for At Home’s Omnichannel business
Perform financial analysis of business performance looking for trends in performance
Develop and produce reporting used by Senior Management to drive business performance
Provide regular financial analysis of P&L results for leadership team
Maintain models used to develop short term and long-term forecasts on key business drivers
Drive and manage relationship with business partners and various accounts
Provide insights as to the business drivers of changes in the P&L a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Complete analyses in support of ad-hoc and strategic projects
Budget, Forecast and participate in Long Range Planning
Continuously find ways for improved efficiency
Qualifications and Competencies:
3-5 years financial analysis experience
SAP and PowerBI experience a plus
Strong communication skills: oral, written, and presentation
Strong financial analysis and modeling background with great attention to detail
Experience with retail operations a plus
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
Hands-on, data driven approach to problem solving
Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Finance / Economics / Statistics
Honest, hard-working, and driven to deliver financial results
