Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Database Administrator! Specifically, a SharePoint Database Administrator to collaborate with a dynamic and forward-thinking team, contributing to the development, testing, and deployment of a SharePoint 2019 farm for the Enterprise. The candidate will also:
Assume a pivotal role in leading the customer's migration journey from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint 2019, with an intermediate stop at SharePoint 2016, while integrating a tailored Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC) solution to fulfill distinctive mission requirements.
Engage with team members, such as system administrators, developers, and stakeholders, to discuss project requirements, exchange ideas, and strategize development tasks, with your insights shaping SharePoint initiatives.
Assist in the ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of the SharePoint 2019 farm, closely monitoring performance, diagnosing issues, and promptly applying necessary patches and updates.
Actively participate in the testing of SharePoint solutions to ensure their functionality, performance, and compatibility, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Utilize your expertise in SharePoint Server, .NET Framework, SQL Server, and server infrastructure tuning to ensure best practices are executed in the SharePoint Server farm.
Demonstrate experience in adding, attaching, detaching, moving, and renaming content databases and service application databases in SharePoint Server.
Manage Read-Only databases and Resource-Based Sensitivity (RBS) in SharePoint Server, optimizing performance and data management.

Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and ten (10) years of experience as a DBA.
Fourteen (14) years of experience as a DBA may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
Experience adding, attaching, detaching, and moving content databases in SharePoint Server.
Experience moving site collections between databases in SharePoint Server.
Experience moving content databases in SharePoint Server.
Experience managing RBS (Resource-Based Sensitivity) in SharePoint Server.
Experience running a farm that uses read-only databases in SharePoint Server.
Understanding of best practices for SQL Server in the SharePoint Server farm.
Experience utilizing .NET Framework, SQL Server, and experience with server infrastructure tuning.
Must be able to work during core hours of M-F 10am-2pm. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Desired:
DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level I
Experience with workflow designer tools
Experience with PowerShell scripting language
Experience in SharePoint migrations
Ability to clearly communicate ambiguous or highly complex concepts to all audiences.
Ability to understand the big picture and align the day-to-day activities to support that picture
Experience recovering lost information, patching systems with updates, establishing work templates, cataloging business data, administering Web portal maintenance and upgrading SharePoint-related servers.
Experience installing SharePoint-related applications, and keeping track of available information space
Good communication skills to explain how to use established SharePoint databases.
