Responsibilities:

* Nurture enriching relationships to build customers for life

* Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses

* Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle expert. Know the ins & outs of product offerings and latest technologies

* Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles

* Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business

* Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations

* Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analyses.

* Bring your A Game along with a positive attitude with you to work every single day

* Willingness to evolve and adapt to the evolving customer demands for a different automobile buying experience

Qualifications:

* Familiarity working with luxury brands and services is a plus

* Available to work flexible hours and weekends

* Self-starter mentally and ambitious spirit preferred

* Phenomenal written and verbal communication skills with customers and team members

* Positive view of technology and its integration into the workplace

* Professional, well-groomed appearance

* Clean driving record and valid drivers license
