Warehouse Manager

The **Warehouse Manager** will ensure the security of inventory; including but not limited to the proper storage, handling, cleaning and repair of furniture and accessories while adhering to best practice safety and organization.
**Duties/Responsibilities:**
* Assist in the loading and unloading of furniture.
* Assures the proper preparation (wrapping, blankets & securing with ties) of all product leaving and returning to the warehouse.
* Manages warehouse organization in an accessible manner.
* Ensures cleanliness, maintenance, and security of the warehouse.
* Disposes of dead stock or damaged inventory.
* Receive new inventory, verify condition upon arrival, and check against purchase orders.
* Mark and label inventory as needed.
* Help create a healthy environment to promote team work.
**Required Skills/Abilities:**
* Ability to work independently and as a team player.
* Demonstrates consistency, punctuality, and exceptional time management.
* Warehouse and logistical experience.
* Reporting and written communication.
* Has a strong work history with references.
* Bilingual in Spanish & English - desired but not required
* Ability to consistently work Monday through Friday, some weekends and evenings.
**Education and Experience:**
*Related experience in managing furniture inventory.*
**Physical Requirements:**
*Must be able to lift 50 lbs + repeatedly.*
*Lifting, loading, and unloading of heavy boxes and furniture requires physical strength and endurance.*
