Sizewise designs and manufactures some of the best medical equipment on the market, and we're always aiming to make the best better by keeping up with the latest trends and innovations within our space. We have 65 warehouse sites across the U.S. This branch services our customers by delivering medical equipment to and from the customer site, as well as repairing & sanitizing the equipment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures;
* Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions;
* Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system;
* Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
* Oversee fleet maintenance of company vehicles, ensure scheduling of routes to optimize fleet usage and adherence to OSHA, HIPPA and other regulatory/compliance guides as applicable
* Assist the team as needed with delivery/picking up equipment, repair and sanitation; High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* Ability to obtain DOT certification
* Valid driver's license
