We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who loves interacting with the public. In this role, you will greet members and guests via phone and email as well as in person while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Requirements
Who You Are:

Highly organized with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal skills with guests and fellow team members
High attention to detail
Willingness to learn new tasks
What You'll Bring: Prior experience in the Hospitality industry, especially hotels and clubs
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite and G-Suite
Knowledge of hotel management systems including AutoClerk and Amadeus a plus
