**Duties & Responsibilities:**
* Maintain health and safety compliance in accordance with company policy
* Manage inventory accuracy by monitoring daily warehouse activities, load checking, cycle counts, stock rotation, non-stock items, returns for credit and the unloading of shipments to the yard.
* Managing the daily operations of a warehouse and support fleet operations assuring timely and cost effective service levels
* Training new warehouse/driver personnel
* Liaison between drivers, customers and warehouse personnel
* Be able to organize the warehouse and manage bin locations
* Establish, maintain and promote high standards of customer service
* Provide dispatch support as needed / required
* Ensure that equipment is maintained to company operating standards
* Must be able to think for yourself-problem solve

* Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing to coworkers and customers
**Basic Qualifications:**
* High School diploma Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
* Demonstrated knowledge of construction industry and building materials
**Physical Demands:**
* Must be able to remain in stationary position 50%
* Frequently, will move about inside the office and warehouse
* Must be able to operate basic office machinery
* Must be able to communicate with team and management and be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
* Constantly in warehouse environment
**Mental Demands:**
* Must be able to problem solve and prioritize tasks
* Must be able to manage stress depending on tasks
* Must be able to multitask
* Must be able to receive and analyze information
* Must be able to quickly communicate solutions if problems occur
* Must be able to demonstrate a high degree of sound judgement
