We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team to help deliver against our multi-year strategic growth targets in revenue, clients and across various product segments. Sales Managers at AZDS are hungry to close new deals, seek out potential new clients globally, and foster existing client relationships into larger business partnerships. They have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are comfortable reaching out to and presenting to some of the worlds highest-profile, industry-leading luxury hospitality industry executives, who command and expect the highest standards of excellence. **Job Description:** Reporting to the Director of Sales, the primary responsibility of this position is to bring new business opportunities to our organization that will deliver our multi-year growth targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven success record in Sales, with a preferred emphasis in Luxury products or services, Travel, Hospitality, SaaS products, web design and/or digital marketing services. Agency Sales or Business Development experience is also desired. **Core Job Responsibilities:**
* Research, identify, target and close new business opportunities for the organization with accountability to delivering specific volume and revenue targets.
* Achieve an ideal mix of client and product/service category types.
* Achieve upsell targets by negotiating existing clients into larger, more profitable relationships
* Achieve revenue targets in our aggregated data & insights Paid Subscriptions
* Ideate ways to further grow and expand our products, services and client base
* Partner with sales leadership to evolve best practices, SOPs and approaches for a successful and repeatable sales process
* Continuously learn new capabilities in order to effectively sell new products and services
* Effectively manage client transitions from the sales process over to our Client Services team to ensure a seamless service transition
**Job Requirements:**
* 2+ years of proven experience exceeding high growth targets in a Sales role
* Preferred Sales emphasis in Luxury products or services, Travel, Hospitality, SaaS products, web design and/or digital marketing services
* Agency Sales or Business Development experience is also desired
* Experience managing lead pipelines in CRM systems
* Ability to drive subscription revenue by successfully managing a pipeline of prospects from demo to close
* Established relationships within the luxury travel and/or hospitality industry a plus
* Proven demonstrated ability to quickly form and grow new relationships
* Strong understanding of the travel and/or hospitality industry business, sales & marketing strategies & tactics, in order to speak with authority
* Experience with highly consultative, short and long sales cycles, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
* Possess strong, persuasive, verbal & written communication skills
* Exhibit confidence and solid interpersonal skills
* Ability to work closely within a collaborative team atmosphere to achieve results
* Polished, poised, and professional in both mindset and manner: use of utmost discretion at all times
* Positive attitude; strong willingness to adapt to an ever-changing and fast-paced environment
* Flexibility in scheduling; willingness to work differing hours and overtime as needed
* Legally able to work within the United States
