Role Overview: As the CEO, you’ll steer the company’s strategic direction, operational efficiency, and financial success. What We're Looking For:
Education: A Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or a related field is ideal.
Experience: A decade of leadership experience in the HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical industry or similar, with a track record of growing businesses and leading teams.
Leadership: A history of motivating teams, enhancing workplace culture, and driving performance. Demonstrated sales & EBITDA growth with 10mm -> 20mm revenue business.
Customer Focus: Maintain a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Strategy & Operations: Proven ability to craft and execute growth strategies and oversee day-to-day operations.
Financial Skills: You should be comfortable with numbers, from budgeting and forecasting to financial analysis, understanding.
Innovative Thinking: Always on the lookout for new business opportunities and ways to stay ahead in the HVAC, Electrical or plumbing markets and highly entrepreneurial.
Communication: Excellent communication skills are essential, as you’ll be interacting with all stakeholders.
Nice to have:
Technical Know-How: A deep understanding of technology and trends in this space would be very beneficial.
Green Practices: Interest or experience in sustainable practices is something that's important to this business and culture.
Community Ties: Engagement in community or industry groups, showing leadership outside the office.
Adaptability: Ability to manage change effectively, keeping the company resilient and flexible.
